If you are a person not running a business, it’s likely that the Creative Commons License applies to you. If you are a company or individual making money from what you are doing, it’s likely the License to Copyright applies to you.

Personal Photo Licenses (Creative Commons)
With a creative commons license you are allowed to share, copy, distribute and transmit my images provided you give attribution to David Aronson and PhotoGuy along with the image. The image must not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
Acceptable examples of the Creative Commons License: An individual using an image as a desktop wallpaper, or using my image in your personal blog post about a relevant topic, or using my photo in a school project about Travel.
Commercial Photo License (License To Copyright)
‘Commercial Use’ regarding the use of images online or offline is defined very broadly. The determination of commercial or non-commercial use is based on the contextual use of the image and not if there exists a financial transaction. Commercial use of my images is allowed only if expressly granted by PhotoGuy. All commercial uses will incur a licensing fee. My fees are based on the following criteria; media, length of use, distribution size, and prominence of display.
Examples of uses that require a license to copyright; to create an individual print for your office or home, for use on your companies marketing materials, blog or website, or for use in your marketing campaigns.

Lustre
Lustre is a premium finish on a heavier paper. It offers the vibrant colors of glossy with the fingerprint-resistant finish of matte. Printed on Kodak Supra Endura paper.
Glossy
Glossy is a shiny finish and prints appear brighter than Matte. Printed on Kodak paper.
Metallic
Rich, distinctive metallic look with a huge WOW! factor. Printed on Kodak Endura Professional Metallic paper.
Giclée Watercolor
Giclée process printing on premium fine art paper with a subtle texture. Finished with a protective spray.

Canvas Prints
Giclée Prints are made with high-quality archival inks on fine art papers using a high-resolution large format inkjet printer.
ThinWraps
Beautiful print with satin laminate neatly wrapped around sturdy, 3/16″ Gatorboard.
MetalPrints
Dyes are infused directly into a specially-coated aluminum sheet to create a print with incredible luminescence, detail, and durability.
Acrylic Metal
A sleek and modern mounting option for a stunning metal print. The 1/4” acrylic face enhances and protects the underlying print and is mounted with four stainless steel posts.

FRAMING
I now offer several a la carte framing, mounting and print options to ensure your finished print displays a perfect, polished presentation.
Frames
Choose from 16 different high quality wood and metal frames. They arrive ready to display with hardware attached and clear, shatterproof acrylic front.
Mats
Add a mat to give the photo a clean, professional finish. Available in three colors: Black, White and Off-White.
MOUNTING
Black Gatorfoam
Mount your prints on this rigid black foamboard to add durability and prevent warping and damage. Note: Gatorfoam is slightly thicker and lighter in weight than the Styrene backing.
Styrene
This super-smooth, compact 2mm styrene board cleanly backs your print, providing durability and protection against dents, bangs and warping. Available in two colors: Black or White.
Black Standout 3/4”
This feather-light, ready-to-hang option is a contemporary favorite! Prints are mounted on a block with thick black edges, letting your photo stand off the wall. Pre-drilled holes are included on the back for easy hanging.
COATINGS
Paper Textures

Ordering
Purchasing from a Gallery
You will see a large blue button that says “BUY PHOTOS”. Clicking on that you will see “Photos from this gallery”. Click on that. That will show all of the photos in that gallery. Since I offer different sizes in the galleries, some of the photos will show a “NOT AVAILABLE”. Clicking on “Change Product” on the right will show the products available. You can click on multiple images, in fact I encourage you to do so!Purchasing an Individual Photo
When you click on an individual photo, you can hover your mouse on the image you will see a yellow button that says “BUY” on the bottom right. Click on “This Photo”. That will bring up all of the products that are available for that photo.The Cart
When you make a purchase you will see “Items in Cart” as well as the number of images in yellow on the top right. Since I use a different section of my website for the e-Commerce, the cart is only visible while you’re on my gallery pages. Clicking on the Gallery will bring you back to the e-Commerce section.Shipping
Most prints are carefully flat-packed and damage during shipment is almost unheard of. Any lustre, gloss or metallic prints with a side over 60 inches will ship in a tube. Metalprints over 30 x 45 are shipped in crates.Want a shipping quote? Add your items to the shopping cart.
